"Daddy, daddy!"
Caspian opened his eyes to see Grace looking straight at him. Her little hands that were the size of ravioli were resting on his face. She was tapping him lightly, wanting to wake him up.
"Mmhm," Caspian groaned and turned around. He was teasing Grace on purpose.
"Daddy, wake up!" she protested.
Taking after his daddy, Grace was a persistent girl. She climbed up the bed and climbed on top of Caspian's body. He was laughing to himself as Grace struggled and got on top of him.
"Daddy!" she exclaimed happily as she sat on Caspian's chest.
"Hey, good morning, you," Caspian chuckled and opened his eyes in defeat.
"Good morning, daddy," Grace was laughing triumphantly and hugging his neck.
"Did mommy send you to wake me up?"
"Uh-huh," she giggled. She had her mom's smile and that made Caspian smile.
"Where is she?" he asked.
Grace pointed to the floor, meaning downstairs.
"Alright, let's go get her,"
Caspian got up to his feet and carried Grace down with him. Walking down the stairs from the second floor, Caspian passed by the row of photographs hanging on the wall. There were pictures of Audrey, Killian, and Caspian all over the house. There were some pictures from the trip they took to Bermuda, there were some cool shots taken by the paparazzi at Culture, and there was one where Audrey just gave birth to baby Grace at the hospital.
Grace was pretty much a miracle baby. After their devastating accident, Audrey and Grace were in critical condition. So was Caspian, he had lost a lot of blood due to internal organ bleeding. Caspian took off his seatbelt and jumped to the backseat when Anthony's car crashed onto theirs. Caspian managed to protect Audrey and the baby so they didn't get any major concussions. But still, it was a big accident that left them with a lot of repercussions.
The doctor said he was lucky to be alive. Caspian knew exactly how much. He stepped into the living room and found Audrey sitting on the couch with her nose stuck to her laptop. Caspian couldn't help but smile. He was now living with the love of his life and his beautiful baby girl in his arms. He was the luckiest man on Earth.
"Hey, you're up," Audrey beamed when she saw him coming over.
"You sent the baby up to do the dirty work," Caspian muttered as he put Grace down. She immediately ran to grab her toys on the floor.
"Ha-ha," Audrey rolled her eyes. "It's nine in the morning, Cas. Time to get up,"
"Why? It's not even my turn to go to the office," Caspian sat down next to Audrey and she cuddled into his chest.
"I know, but I need help with my second draft. I could use a fresh pair of eyes and that brain of yours that's full of ideas," she was giving him her best puppy dog eyes, and of course, it was working.
Audrey was working on a script for a Broadway play. This was her dream job. This was all she wanted to do ever since she was a little girl. And after everything that happened the past two years, she finally got a lot of material for an action slash romantic story.
"Baby girl, you're six months pregnant. Why are you working? Shouldn't you be in bed, resting?" Caspian frowned. She had a big bump on her stomach and she was using it to rest her laptop.
"No, I'll feel worse if I just lay around the house all day," she pouted.
"But the doctor said you need to rest,"
"Writing is resting for me. Trust me, I'm fine," she said reassuringly. "And I really, really wanna get this done before Christmas,"
Caspian let out a defeated sigh. There were some things that he couldn't say no to her about.
"Well, fine, you don't work too hard though," he said as he pinched her nose. "Or I'lltell Killian and he's gonna whoop your ass,"
Audrey made a fake gasp.
"Oh, are you gonna snitch on me?" she challenged.
"Maybe," he said. "Or I could just whoop your ass myself,"
Caspian pulled the laptop away from herand picked her entire body up so she was on his lap. Audrey gasped in response.
"Caspian!" she squirmed.
"What?"
"Grace is literally right there,"
"So?"
Audrey gave him the are you crazy' look while Caspian just smirked.
"Gracie, do you wanna play princess with daddy?"Caspian said to his girl.
"Yes!" Grace immediately jumped up to her feet.
"Alright, you go getyour crown. Daddy will be right here,"
"Yay!" Grace quickly ran up the stairs and to her room. Her crown was hidden somewhere in the closet so it should take her some time to find it.
Audrey rolled her eyes as Caspian smiled triumphantly. He cupped her cheek with one hand and pulled her face closer to him. Caspian paused for a moment before he kissed her, just marveling at how lucky he was to have her.
"She's such a daddy's girl," Audreymuttered. They could hear Grace'swild laughter from the second floor.
"Mmhmm," Caspian nodded in agreement and closed the distance between their lips again. "Like mother, like daughter,"
Later that night, after helping Audrey with the second draft of her script, Caspian helped gave Grace a bath and put her to sleep. Audrey wanted to do work around the house, but Caspian forbade her from even getting up the couch.
After finishing the chores around the house, Caspian went up to their bedroom and found Audrey on the bed, putting lotion on her stomach. Her nightgown was hiked up all the way up to her chest and Caspian swallowed hard. He didn't mean to drool while staring at his pregnant wife putting on lotion, but he was.
She's gorgeous, alright? Fúcking sue me.
"Is she asleep?" Audrey asked.
"Oh, yeah. I read her the first page of your script and she's out," Caspian laughed drily. Audrey rolled her eyes at him again. "Anyway, I wrote some notes for your second draft,"
Caspian put the script on the nightstand table and Audrey's eyes immediately widened. She picked up the script and flipped through the pages. Caspian had put down a lot of great notes. Audrey looked up at him and her eyes were filled with gratitude.
"This is wonderful. Thank you for being so amazing," she put the script against her chest. "I am the luckiest girl in the world,"
Caspian just shrugged like it was nothing, but he really worked hard on those notes. He always wanted to give his one thousand percent to Audrey. Climbing up the bed, Caspian then pulled the script from her and put it aside again.
"Stop looking at this,no more work, it's time for bed," he ordered.
"Yes, daddy," she giggled.
Caspian let out a smirk. He loved it when she called him daddy. And of course, he loved being a daddy. He loved it so much that he agreed when Killian and Audrey asked him about having more kids.
It was a crazy little family they got. Not a lot of people understood what they were doing. His parents were absolutely shocked and horrified when they first heard about it. But after Grace's birth, they came around. They wanted grandkids more than anything.
Audrey did get married at the end though. She married both Killian and Caspian, not legally, just ceremoniously. They didn't need a piece of paper to tell them who they are. They weren't going to follow what the world says they need to be. They just did whatever they want to. Why? Because they could.
Because we're the Vanderbilt fúcking brothers, and life is too damn short. We do what we love and fúck the rest.
"C'mere, babygirl,"
Caspian pulled Audrey's face closer to him and he aimed for her neck. She let out a soft moan when hislips connected with the sweet spot on her skin. Caspian loved this sound more than anything in the world. His hands went to roam her body, massaging her swollen breasts, as he sucked and kissed her neck.
"Mmmhmm," Audrey couldn't help the moans escaping her lips. Caspian's fingers had slipped down her panties and they were rubbing against her clit.
"What's this? You two starting datenight without me?"
Caspian and Audrey turned to see Killian standing at the door. He was smiling at them, clearly enjoying the show. He took off his suit and tie and threw them to the chair before striding to the bed.
"You're late," Caspian muttered.
"Killian, get over here," Audrey opened her arms for him. "I miss you,"
"I miss you too," Killian replied and kissed her cheek. "Sorry, I'm late, sweetheart. Got caught in an awful meeting,"
"Where's my kiss?" Caspian pretended to sulk.
"Fúck you," Killian laughed. "Hey, it's your turn to be at the office tomorrow, you got that meeting with Elon Musk. Don't screw it up,"
"And it's your turn to take care of our baby girl tomorrow," Caspian replied. "Don't screw that up,"
"Anyway, where were we?" Caspian turned his attention back to Audrey.
Audrey smiled and put each of her hands on Caspian and Killian's cheek. She brought their facescloser to her and whispered, "Right about… here,"
